Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Iris Art London, including iris photography, prints, acrylic glass artworks, jewellery, and digital formats. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or purchasing our products. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed at our studio, at Greenwich Market, or online.

Prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Shipping costs apply for home delivery.

Payment is accepted via card or cash. Payment must be completed to finalise the order.

3. Products

Photography & Prints: Includes iris photo, editing, and photo paper print.

Acrylic & Aluminium Panels: Delivered to home or collected at the studio.

Jewellery: Custom-made iris jewellery, produced and shipped as estimated at order.

Digital Files: For personal use only; commercial use is prohibited.

All sizes and formats can include multiple irises (solo, duo, trio, etc.) with special arrangements for larger groups.

4. Delivery & Collection

Prints: Handed to the customer on the day of photography.

Acrylic, Aluminium & Jewellery: Estimated delivery 5–9 working days (UK).

Customers are responsible for checking items upon collection or delivery.

Third-party collection is allowed with written authorisation and ID.

5. Returns & Refunds

All iris artworks are unique; no refunds except in cases of damage during delivery.

Replacement or repair will be provided for defective products under our 6 month warranty (jewellery, acrylic, aluminium).

Warranty excludes accidents, misuse, impacts, normal wear, or exposure to harsh conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Follow product care instructions (see “Usage Guide” for jewellery, prints, acrylics).

Store and handle items safely to avoid damage.

Children and pets should not access artworks unsupervised.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, text, logos, and designs are the property of Iris Art London.

Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

Iris Art London is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation.

For safety, avoid hanging artworks above beds or in humid/unstable environments.

Jewellery should not be exposed for extended periods to water, rain, sea water, or excessive heat.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to UK GDPR.

Rights include access, correction, deletion, limitation, and portability.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law.
